Storage pre-sales engineers, IT pre-sales engineers, IT sales, and all students interested in storage pre-sales knowledge.

Training objectives

After passing the assessment, students will possess the following abilities：
(1)Master the basic knowledge of storage and establish a relatively complete storage knowledge architecture.
(2)Understand MacroSAN storage products and their main characteristics.
(3)Have preliminary pre-sales communication skills for storage.

Certificate issuance

After passing the assessment, an MSPE certification certificate will be issued.

MacroSAN Senior Product Engineer is a certified senior storage product engineer at Hangzhou MacroSAN Technology Co., Ltd.MSSP will help students understand the landscape and dynamics of the storage industry, grasp the competitive advantages and disadvantages of storage products from various competitors in the industry. Through MSSP training, students will have the ability to understand independent user needs, design storage solutions, and communicate effectively.

Training targets

We have passed the certification of MSPE personnel.

Training objectives

After passing the assessment, students will possess the following abilities:

Training Introduction

MSTE certification training: MacroSAN Technical Engineer certification training.

Training targets

Storage product operation and maintenance personnel, storage product technical support personnel, and relevant personnel interested in storage.

Prerequisite for attending training

(1)Familiar with computer operations.
(2)Familiar with basic operations of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
(3)Have basic knowledge of storage.
(4)Have basic knowledge of networking.
(5)Understand TCP/IP protocol and basic network devices.

Training objectives

After passing the assessment, students will possess the following abilities:
(1)Understand the relevant knowledge of storage applications in the industry.
(2)Understand storage industry technologies related to cluster systems, data backup, and data disaster recovery.
(3)Understand the basic knowledge of Linux/VMware HANA system and master the basic operations of Linux/VMware HANA system.
(4)Master the basic knowledge of storage hard drives and understand the relevant parameters that affect hard drive performance.
(5)Understand the basic concepts, characteristics, and application environments of storage related protocols.
(6)Master the characteristics of RAID technology and be able to choose the corresponding RAID technology according to different application environments.
(7)Master MacroSAN product login, management, RAID configuration, SAN configuration, etc.
(8)Master the methods of accessing storage on Windows, Linux, and VMware HANA hosts.
(9)Understand MacroSAN product design architecture.
(10)Be able to choose MacroSAN storage products correctly to build storage networks.
(11)Be able to master the typical networking of MS series storage.
(12)Capable of configuring the functions of MS series storage products according to user needs.
(13)Capable of independently completing daily maintenance and management of MS series storage products.
(14)Capable of independently completing the upgrade work of MS series storage new opening products.

Training targets

Certified as a Junior Engineer (MSTE), Storage Product Technical Support, Storage Product Operation and Maintenance, and Storage Solution Expert by MacroSAN.

Prerequisite for attending training

(1)Already certified as a Junior Engineer (MSTE) by MacroSAN.
(2)An engineer with some experience in implementing MacroSAN storage.

Training objectives

After passing the assessment, the students possess the following abilities：
(1)Understand the relevant knowledge of storage applications in the industry.
(2)Understand storage industry technologies related to cluster systems, data backup, and data disaster recovery.
(3)Master advanced storage features such as dual active, virtualization, replication, snapshots, etc.
(4)Independently complete the MacroSAN storage project with advanced features.
(5)Master storage performance testing tools and methods.
(6)Master storage performance positioning and performance optimization methods.
(7)Master the basic problem localization method of MacroSAN storage.
(8)Capable of designing storage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
